This is a web site to make reservations for hotels. When I found it on line I actually thought I was contacting the hotel but found out later I was not. At the time of the call, AFTER, the girl (indian of course) got all my CC info , it was then that she said it was non-refundable. I told her to stop everything, I would not make this if it is non-refundable . That is when she flat out lied and said, "oh I was looking at something else", it is refundable if you cancel before 6:00 pm the  day of arrival. I waited several hours for my email confirmation and when I did't get it I had to call again, 3 times actually, and finally got a person on the phone only when I punched the # for MAKING a reservation.

Once you make one, you can not talk to a real live person again apparently. It was not until I got them to send me my email confirmation that I learned it was non-refundable. I am so angry !!! But I called my charge card company and have refuted. Big hassle though. I have to wait until it post and then call a different # to refute it. They wont get away with it, but it just infuriates me that you can't trust what people say to you that are in business. I guess  it is bests just to call the hotel directly (which I thought I was doing).  Stay away from "Reservation Counter.com"
