AT&T is allowing this company to place charges that consumers supposedly authorized, directly onto your home phone bill. A complete ripoff....I did not authorize this! I am now in a position where I have to hope I get a credit from this company (one has been promised, but you know how that goes), and AT&T refuses to take any ownership for allowing this to happen. I have to wonder what $$ they receive for allowing these third party companies to charge services to your home phone bill.
