Do not use this company to get rid of your Timeshare, I encountered thieves and liars.  I called when I found the number on their website.  I told Jeff Griffen that I was not going to pay my maintenance fees as they have gotten too high for a one week vacation.  He had every opportunity to tell me if you do not pay your maintenance fees we cannot do a transfer, but NOOOO he proceeded to charge me $2892 and held me on the phone while he pulled a copy of my deed and proceeded to go through the process of doing a transfer of my timeshare.  Stating that he had gotten it through the Title Company etc.  I did sign a contract which states they will help me with letters.  Since I did not know their process and he had told me that the transfer had taken place. I was confident it was taken care of, but maybe I would need some letters written.  I was probably with him on the phone for the good part of an hour, all the while lying to me.  He was aware that my timeshare company had not started collection processes because I told him so and he had copies of the letters that they had sent me.  When I called to get a copy of the Fee structure, which he said was $500 for the transfer and $150 for another fee and $250 for another fee etc..  I called a couple of weeks later to get of copy of the fee breakdown and the deed transfer, he said "Oh there is no transfer you did not pay your maintenance fees".  I was in total shock.   Plus what he sent me were form letters that I was told were custom letters.  So basically I paid $2892 for three form letters.  Plus a few pages to tell me what to say when they called for collection.  None of the letters were custom nor did they apply to my situation. This all after our original conversation telling me not to talk to them if they called. Jeff Griffen had several chances to tell me in our original conversation that I had to have my maintnance fees current as I stated many times I was not going to pay my maintenance fees as they were too high.  He did nothing but lie and got my money and I have heard nothing from him.  I wrote letters to Jeff Griffen and Stephen Masella (the owner)  I got a call from Jeff Griffen about some letters he received.  When I said something he did not like he hung up on me and I have never heard from him since.  I am not able to go through the whole process of the lies as it would take a book.  I am just saying, don't use this company. I did use a credit card and had my bank reverse the transaction, however, the bank was looking at the contract which said I had three days to cancel and did not hear the conversation or lies I was told which was very different from the contract. Therefore, I was not able to reverse the amount I paid.
