I wish to complain about sale of my timeshare for which I paid $595.00 on 2/22/14 and was promised the sale would be completed with an average of 90 days. They informed me that the could sell my timeshare in Bonnet Creek for approximately $14,500.00 and would I be willing to negotiate. I informed Mr. Peters that yes I would be willing to negotiate.

This company and all thier representatives are scam artist.
I am complaining because on various occasions I was in contact with Mr. James Peters and was told by his associate Frank that they had several clients interested in purchasing my timeshare.  Months have transpired (6months).  The response has been and continues to be the same “We are doing our best to get this resolved for all of us and restore your faith”. This was my latest response from James Peters via email on 9/23/2014.
