Resort Vacations International 5555 Glenridge Connector STE 200 Atlanta, GA 30342-4740 Advertising good promotion price package in Resort, when you have airticket pushing you to buy for full price! Atlanta Georgia

On Ianuery 15 on the the web. Resort Vacations Internacional I found attractive advertising for two people for 5 days all inclusive for $346 in Cancun resort. I got this package from them. They make meny question on iteveiw with me to have approve for this package in resort by phone.  In their policy from 3 days to two weeks they must give it to me theyir appruval- Conformation Number or refeused. Later on I got conformation number and approve that the money from my credit card was secxesfuly charged. So my next step to buy a air ticket, which cost me $1200 for two. Later on, they call me on a phone and say that there is no room in the resort "Bel Air Resort Collection Cancun".   So I was shocked! I already spend $1200 for tickets and they saying that the $346 for package they going to return on my crelit card... But what about my money for the tickets? They say that they are not gonna covering tickets. So I ascked them to try to found any other available resort in Cancun at this date on April 16. Represetstive finally found another resort for me in "Cancun Bay Resort" for the same price as she tould me. And they gave me the same Conformation Number.

Two monthe later, when I have fliygh two weeks to fligh to Cancun I got a phone call with some other questions and nex day the representanive of "Rersort Vacations International" say me that I am not qualify for this package because I am working as a maintenance in Hotel and people who working in hospitality indastry could not use this kind of package!..   I just wondering why the representative of "Resort Vacations International" which questioning me about my merrige, incom, adge, what I am doing for living, and meny other questions. But why representative did not ask me such important question about my place of work to make sure that I am OK and qualify for  theyir policy in this package in resort?   Looks like at the beginning they did not have a place in Resort but charged my money and hold for three months. And when I have no othe way with my Air tickets, they offer me same package, same dates but fo $1000 but not for $346 as was before! Because they find out in two weeks before to I have to fliy to Cancun that I am not qualify!...   I am refused of cours from this proposition. Because I am refused of this last proposition, they cuncel our contract and send me beck on my credit card $346.  But my money for the Air tickets $1200?  They do not care! Plast my vacation time on work, which I work for one year?.. And what about discrimination me by my wark place?   I fill very bed of their tricks and obusing me by my place of work discrimination!
