My wife and I attended a seminar vaction program by Resorts Plus Internationa; June 25th 2011, we are to get a free cruise, plane tickets etc. we shall see about that? During the presentation we were shown discounts 30 to 40% ff condos, hotels, cruises, plane ticket savings, dining etc. So we bought it at $3500. 8000 points a calendar year!
Now it is July 7th and for the last three days we have been trying to get a discount on a stay in Key West Florida for a week. We have been offered $50 less on the entire week than the quote I received from the hotels, condo, motels they offered. In fact Priceline shows the same prices as Resorts Plus International gave us for quotes.
Paying $3500 membership is a $50 discount on a week's stay at a 3 or 4 star Hotel / resort?
When I called to complain for three days now, no manager to speak to? The woman answering the phone 407-363-0771 says are you over your three day refund rights? why of course I am! then you can leave a message. Which we have done for 3 days now.

Since posting we have been contacted by the manager. We have been given and selscted a 7 day cruise out of Tampa for 34% off the price that the cruise line would offer the general public. We will be traveling and using this travel service in the future. We look forward to savings such as this on future travel.
