Resorts Plus International RPI Misleading, Fraud, Unethical Business Practice Internet

We got a call for attending a presentation at no cost plus a free trip + $40 Gas credit.
After a pretty polished but false presentation by their sales rep who showed false information on a big screen. We ended up buying a travel service membership from Resorts Plus International (RPI).
They told us that the contract can be cancelled within 3 days during which we can make up our minds. But they purposely did not share the user id and password to their website until after this 3 day limit. How convenient and well thought off!!!

We still attempted to use the system for several weeks and realized that the website is poorly designed, most of the features for "details" / "book" do not work. They insisted they we should call them for our needs. But the representatives on phone have no clue about US destinations. They do not even live in US and speak poorly. 
Travel DEALS: I found none so far which I liked or which is cheaper then easily available elsewhere. Kayak and Orbits offer better deals than RPI.

I tried to get my money back and only got a call back after more than 15 attempts and I was told I have signed the contract and now I can not get my money back and I was asked to speak to their legal department.
