I ordered a amber light for my car. I was told my the staff it would be delivered on saturday jan the 16. well I found out the screwed up the shipment and sent it out ground well the owner fixed it and blamed it on the new girl. the he told me it woould arrive on saturday well again i found out by ups that that was wrong cuz the owner missed the shipment up he forgot to put a saturday sticker on the package and sent it for saturday delivery. well I got a survey to fill out I put the issuse was not addressed and I asked the owner for a full shippment refund well when he sent the reveiw on biz rate he snet me a email and here it is

Well I still have not been contacted but product is great. You know there is always problems with companys and at this point in my life I dont care that the order date was messed up we all make mistakes. So my offer to the company is all is fair and I can order from them and we can make sure that this dont happen again. I have no problems as of nowand that is my offer.
So.............. its the owners call now mess ups happen this dont mean you admit anything or dont I just offering a agreement its life!

I sent the company a few more emails and asked them to get a agreement filled out and let me look at it and I have got no response so at this time in my life I dont need this companys products and I have found a better company that is willing to use my money and not lie and blackmail me and there produts are even better then this companys. so I hope the company bits the dust piece! Ill keep this update if anything changes.

You know, you will get along with a lot of folks better if you would watch your language. It isn't helping your case any. Flinging the F word will get you nowhere, and you sound vindictive, just like the owner of Public Safety Equipment states you are. Take a step back and see what you are doing. Good luck.

I have contacted my Lawyer he wants me to see what offer they have and see how good of a offer it is but it works both ways the company is a good company the girl I spoke to on the phne was nice its the owner he dont work with you unless you kiss his a*s and do what he wants so If I get f**ked I will take legal actions but at this time I will hear the owner out and see what he has to offer.

On 15 Jan, Dustin ordered a TDXL6 amber dash light with Next Day Air, early AM delivery service. On 15 January, we shipped a TDXL6 amber dash light by UPS next day air, early am delivery. The light was delivered, as requested, on Monday, 18 January. Dustin is very angry that the light was not delivered on Saturday, 16 January. Dustin never requested that the light be delivered on Saturday. Had he done so, we would have charge him the UPS Saturday delivery fee of $15 and marked the package for Saturday delivery. We have made several good faith efforts to resolve this but Dustin has been very adamant that he will settle for nothing less than a full refund of his shipping costs. We are under no obligation to offer any discount, refund or other compensation for Mr. McGuire's failure to clearly state his desire to have the package delivered on Saturday. We did offer to refund 1/2 of the shipping charges if Dustin removed an extremely negative review on Bizrate.com which is owned by Shopzilla.com. The review was hateful and vindictive and we felt that this would be a good resolution. However, it turned out that Dustin was not negotiating in good faith because he had lied to the representative at Bizrate, stating that he had to re-review our website by our request. We spent quite a bit of time and energy working with Bizrate to resolve this when it came to light that he was being less than honest. So at that point, we requested that Dustin sign an agreement that stating that you will have no further contact with me, my company or Shopzilla regarding this transaction before we would process the refund. It was very clear that Dustin had every intention of harming our business by leaving another negative review with no sufficient recourse for our company. Dustin stated he would not do so and made several threats to retaliate, including filing this complaint as well as listing a complaint here. We have forwarded all of his hate filled email, threats and documentation of his phone call to the owners home phone, to our attorneys for review. At this point, Responder Public Safety Equipment will not issue any refund and we are considering legal action against the complainant. Should Dustin decide to take a reasonable course of action, sign our agreement and withdraw his review here or revise it to reflect the actual chain of events, we will be happy to refund of the cost of shipping, which again, we have no legal nor moral obligation to do so. We do not feel this forum is appropriate for airing of dirty laundry and therefore we will not post all of the hateful, vindictive, threatening email that Dustin has sent.
We believe our Bizrate reviews of our companys performance speaks for itself and we welcome the assistance the Better Business Bureau in this matter and we look forward to moving on as we have spent a great deal of time and energy dealing with this petty matter.
