I purchased gift certificates to a neighborhood restaurant on restaurant.com.  I was in that restaurant a couple of weeks after my purchase and noticed they had a sign in the window that they will not accept certificates from restaurant.com.  I have e-mailed restaurant.com to ask for a refund twice in the past two weeks and they have not responded to either of my e-mails.
