RESTRICTEDONLY fraudulent advertising ripoff Internet

I paid $39.95 to have UNLIMITED access to obtain criminal records, background checks, civil records, court records, etc.

After I gave my credit card information, I was sent a username, password and access code. Much to my dismay, I learned that this site assesses "points" for each check that is conducted and they FALSELY state UNLIMITED ACCESS as once the customer uses up all of their "points", they must purchase more points to continue to utilize the website.

I sent a complaint to their billing personnel only to receive an email back from the customer service site advising me I needed to contact billing. So, their website appears to be backpedaling as well. I'm calling my credit card company and asking them to deal with this issue and requesting a full refund of my monies. I'll keep you updated on my progress.

In the meantime, purchaser BEWARE. THIS IS A REAL SCAM!!
