Resume Professional Writers ONE PERSON ACTS AS SEVERAL DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN THE COMPANY Internet, California

All the complaints made about this company are the same as mine.  The only addition I would make is that all three women that I spoke to over the phone had the same voice, same accent and same way of talking.  It was the same person.

I was also told that I would be contacted to discuss the resume before it was made.  That never happened.  And the resume that I received after 4 days was so badly put together and used my least impressive work history as the most relevant information.  It was totally ridiculous.  

When I wrote back to "Leila Morgan", she was completely clueless as to why I wanted to have it changed to feature my other work.  So she said she would revise it.  A few days later, I got a resume that was worse than the first one and was basically a bunch of mangled sentences and bullet points haphazardly thrown on a page.  It looked so bad that I asked the agent online if she could have the manager contact me.  That never happened.  She did however, give me another number to call if Mary Wilson (who was in a meeting at the time) didn't get back to me.  

When I finally talked to Mary Wilson...who was the same person as Leila Morgan... she argued with me about a refund and tried to get me assigned to another writer.  I refused.  She tried to low ball me with a 60% refund.  But the day before, the same person who was then pretending to be another agent, had told me I would receive a 75% refund.  So I brought this up to "Mary" and she agreed to 75% refund.  Out of my frustration with having argued with "mary" I had forgotten about wanting a full refund.

I would suggest not backing down and demanding a full refund if this happens to you.  

I haven't received my refund yet and they have sent me a confirmation email which doesn't mean anything.  I was so vocal with them about my contacting the police, etc that the agent actually went as far as to suggest I was harassing them!  haha...  So ridiculous.  Ok Mary... I mean, Leila uhhh....whatever your name is right now, lady with the really annoying accent.
