I contacted this company via the internet and was impressed by the helpfulness with my initial live chat session in deciding which company I was going to use.  I decided to go with them and provided my credit card information which I was immediately billed.  



I was told I would be receiving a phone call within 48 hrs from a resume writer who would be assigned to me.  I also would receive an email confirming my order with additional information concerning the process.



I received the email, but was unable to click through without getting error messages stating the the "site was under construction" or was being "redirected."  This made me uncomfortable but I decided to wait until I heard from my rep.  That day never happened.



I then tried emailing them directly as well as calling them.  I finally spoke to someone and expressed my frustration and told them I wanted a refund as this is not a company I wanted to do business with at this time.  I was told they would pass along this information to Jonathan Black and it would be handled.  



I never heard by email or by phone from Jonathan Black nor did I get a credit on my VISA card.  I called several times and finally got through to Jonathan Black and he offered to give me a credit via PayPal immediately or my VISA card credit would take 5 business days to process.  



Since I did not use PayPal to pay, I elected for the 5 business days.  10 business days, no credit.  I then tried to file a dispute with my VISA, but they require a 30 day wait once the merchant has agreed to the credit.  I waited the 30 days and resubmitted through VISA and finally got my credit.



One more note.....I found this service via the www.best10resumewriters.com which I now believe they are affiliated with them in some way as opposed to being an independent research website.
