This company posts $1.95 for resume builder for a 'trial' subscription. After 14 days the customer will then be charged $39.95 if they do not cancel within that timeframe. I canceled my subscription after the first day, via the phone. I then noticed a charge of $39.95.

When I attempted to question them on this charge, they communicated that I never canceled. I then asked to cancel at that point. It's now been three months of $39.95 of charges. Thank goodness my credit card company is fighting this battle for me, as this company has the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. This company is a scam!!
