Made payments on time on Suzuki credit card for payment of Suzuki gxr600. I mailed the payment 8 days before due date. The next statement shows that I was late and added $35.00 late fees, $22.06 in billed finance charges and $17.05 in billed deferred finance charges. It shows that I am being charged 17.90% APR for the late charges. The original loan APR is 9%95 intrest rate

I have not had problems with other creditors when I have mailed bills 8 days before the due date. I feel that they are improperly assessing late fees when my bill should not be late. specially when they have their payment adress half a mile away from where i reside, then i was put on collections for that late fee charge before i even recieved my billing statement, when i try to contact them i was treated rudely and disrespected by the person who was supposed to look into the account and explain me why it takes more then 8 days for suzuki to process payments their response was quote thats how much you need to pay sir weather you like it or not. then i asked to speak to a supervisor who got on the phone after almost 10 min of wait she was very hostile and rude, it seems like this people are coach to sit there and argue with the custumers instead of trying to resolve the situation, then the supervisor made another comment said sir my job is not to give you any money! i said to her reply i am not asking for any money all i want is for you guys to stop robbing me with those late fee chargers when my bills are mailed 8 days before my due date i think its unnaceptable and illegal, for them to do that i have file a complaint with the california better business beureu www.labbb.com

and at the momment i am looking to transfer my current balance to a difrent bank.. also if u try to go to their website and make payments website suddenly shuts off every so often and u cant make the payment since the website dont work they charge u 15 dollars to do the payment online witch i think its wrong i had other banks do that for free never had to pay a dime wen making a payment, this was the worst investment i made on this account i thought intrest was gonna be 9.95 % on this account but with all those late fees and bogus made up charges from 8000 dollars that i own it looks like ill never be able to pay this off even if my minimum payment is 99 dollars i send out 200 dollars or more and my account keeps going up instead of down that is a rip off....
