Reuel Christensen Vivint/ProtectionOne Scam!! Sale Lake City, UT Utah

Beware when you see this vulture coming. He preyed on me, my family, and my friends and it cost me thousands and thousands of dollars. 

Reuel Christensen makes big claims about how he was an executive with Vivint and knows everyone in the security system/service game. He promised that he could get me the best deal possible on a new security system for my house. 

I paid for the system and was promised some back-end discounts, and commissions for any referrals I made. 

When the system was installed in my house they busted a component on my AC unit, and when Reueul found out he promised me that he'd get me a credit; he assured me that even if Vivint would not refund my money, he would come out of pocket. On more than one occassion, Reuel informed me that he didn't have to work - he had more money than he knew what to do with but he wanted to help people out. 

Now we sit a few months later...no credit from Vivint and Reueul says he doesn't remember telling me he'd pay for the credit. On top of that I've referred over a half dozen or so new clients and have not seen a single commission check. 

Now all of a sudden Reuel doesn't represent Vivint anymore and he is pushing ProtectionOne. I haven't gotten to the bottom of why but I do know I'm out thousands of dollars and Reuel refuses to pick up his phone or respond to a single email. 

Be cautious as Reuel makes great promises and tells you exactly what you want to hear - but once he has what he wants he will vanish into thin air. 

ProtectionOne and Vivint should be ashamed for letting scammers like this guy represent them.
