Buyer/Seller BEWARE. DO NOT USE Reverb.Com!!! I sold an electric guitar to a buyer on Reverb.Com in September 2017. Shortly after I sold the guitar, the buyer (obviously had buyer's remorse) and filed a complaint with Paypal that the guitar I sold was "not as described".. He said it lost tune and had a bad nut- which was TOTAL BS!! Paypal closed the dispute in my favor. In December of 2017, this buyer filed a charge back through his credit card company. In January 2018- the credit card company issued a refund to the buyer. I am now out of my guitar (which the buyer still has), the money he paid Paypal, and my Reverb selling fees! I contacted Reverb regarding this and they said there was nothing they could do, and to work it via Paypal - which was useless. NO SELLER protection whatsoever! Please DO NOT USE Reverb.Com!!! Use Ebay which is a reputable company who protects the interest of their sellers......
