Revita Youth Unknowingly charged for products. Internet

I was surprised to see that I had been charged $89.97 for a product that I was lead to believe was only $4.95.  After going back to the ad to find any disclaimer, I found something that was too small to read and was unable to enlarge it without it being blurred beyond comprehension.  Honestly, I still have no idea what it states.  Now after reading about the experiences of others I am angry and feel very much taken advantage of.  I have tried calling the customer service number but it always seems to be outside of their normal operating hours.

I feel the ad was deeply deceptive and did not clearly state any terms of any agreement.  I just want my hard earned money back.
