Revital Skin Capxsol Health Being Charged - Didn't Authorize - Never Received Bluffdale, Utah Internet

I saw an ad for "FREE SAMPLES" for skin care. I requested a free sample. After a few day, never received anything. I went back and checked out the company, only to find numerous fraud alerts. I quickly sent an e-mail to cancel the request.  Aweek later, I received an e-mail alert from my bank about fraud on my account. Had to cancel my card. Checked my account summary, I was charged for shipping and handling and for product I never received. I called the bank and opended a fraud dispute. Called the company listed. Spoke with company representative John Hall. He was very abrasie and would not listen to my concern. He kept offering me 40% off, then 60% off. Advised him I never authorized charges or order. And I never recevied the product in question. He esclated his voice and became biligerent. I advised him that the call was tereminated and I disconnected the call. Immediately I received a call back from a number registering "FRAUD or SCAM". I did not answer the call and propceeded to call my bank and advised them of the situtation. They are now handling the matter at hand.
