Revital Skin Skin Idea Furious taken by a Scammer California Internet

This company is a total Fraud. I recieved my Credit Card bill ad was shocked. I called the company to advise I did not order this product and wanted a refund. The rep tried for 15 minutes to sell me products at a discount.  I tried for 15 min to tell him I did not order and do not want and want my money back. He kept saying the postal tracking number shows it was delivered and until I return it aI wont get a refund. I told him I dont HAVE IT so CANT RETURN IT and If I did get it and had not ordered it I would have throw it in the trash!!!!! I want my money back...I'm going to contact an attonery for a Class Action Law Suit..They also go by the name Skin Idea...alll are Frauds....
