You will be unable to reactivate your ReviverSoft product under the following circumstances:

1. Replacement / Upgrade of your CPU 2. Replacement / Upgrade of your Motherboard 3. Changes/Upgrades to the BIOS 4. Replacement / Upgrade of your Hard Drive(s) 5. Re-installation/Upgrade of the Windows Operating System 6. Complete System Restore

Why am I unable to reactivate?

When you activate your product for the first time, the program generates a User ID (System ID) for your computer. This User ID is unique in nature and is generated by our product for your Windows Operating System based on the following hardware combination:

Should a change be detected, the program will automatically nullify (prevent) all activation attempts being made from the different User ID (System ID).

How do I proceed from here?

Now I'm getting the feeling that I've been scamed so I cant do a restore I thoght crazy I can see if a person buy a new computer then apply those rules but leave out system restore cause you can download drivers and they change id trogens and viruses can change your pc etc. so basically you can use the program 1 time after that you have to buy a new license. so the company greedy and advertising bad software I would have appreciated them listing this information in advertisment giving a person the choice to make a decision to buy this or not knowing you can only use it 1 time and it did not fix my drivers and messed up my registry.

As explained in our personal email response to you, we have completely reset your licenses and configured them to work without any problems. You do not need to make any additional purchases or payments. We have also applied a complimentary license extension on both your licenses for all the trouble caused.

We operate a legitimate business and only have our customers' best interest in mind. We maintain a very transparent approach across all aspects of our products and services.

We're hoping you will reconsider using our products, so we can turn your experience around and help you benefit from your purchases and resolve all your computer problems.
