Revol phone went black, never damaged it, wouldn't give me new one Elyria Ohio

I just found out about this website. My complaint actually happened in January 2007.

I had a cell phone from Revol for a long time. All of a sudden my screen went black. I have no idea why because I didnt do ANYTHING to damage it!

I took the phone back to them. I also had some cell phone jewels on my phone. They told me I would have to buy a new phone and that my phone was defaced when I couldv'e peeled the sticker right off!

I had so much information in that cell phone, which I still have at my house... Numbers, pictures, ringtones, all of it. I am just so upset. I thought about writing to the main office of their company, but I figured they wouldn't help me anyway.

Is there anyway to get my phone working again or any way for them to reimburse in any type of way! I'm very upset by the whole thing. I've never gone back to Revol since and I tell everyone not to! I go through (((competitor's name redacted))) now!

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
