I made the mistake of ordering a CD for Federal Grants, thinking my daughter would benefit. It was a waste of time and now money. I canceled the account after they charged my account. I did try to contact them by phone but was kept on hold for about 1/2 hour. I e-mailed them and received a return e-mail on November 29, 2007 from support@grantconsultant.com that the account had been canceled.

On December 27, 2007 they charged my account $33.87. I again called them and was again kept on hold for quite a long time, I was never able to talk to a "live person". I have e-mailed them again stating that this is a felony since the account was canceled. I am contacting an attorney and the Attorney General's office and whoever else I can find to bring this company down. This is a scam and they need to be stopped.

I have an update. I am still trying to contact this "company". I called my bank and the affidavit is being submitted for the money stolen out of my account. They are flagging my account if this "company" tries to deduct any money again.
