Rhino Distributing Kirby Vacuum disaster Kirkland Washington

Got a Kirby vacuum from Rhino Distributing.  We coudln't get it to work.  Called the given phone number and got the answering machine.  Nobody returned our call or helped us.  Being within the cancellation period, we cancelled.  A week later someone came out and got the Kirby.  The original contract said our money would be refunded within 10 days.  The person picking the vacuum up gave me a written contract saying that the refund check would be mailed out within 3 days.  The check did not come.  All attempts to reach them by phone went to an answering machine and were never returned.  Finally, a month later after sending a written threat of a lawsuit, the check came  in the mail.
