This is the biggest scam vendor out there. BUYER BEWARE & SHOP ELSEWHERE!
A couple of weeks ago we ordered a water cooler from rhino mart. We called to the company specifically to get more information about the item. We were told over the phone by the owner that the product indeed was in great condition and did work. It took two weeks to process the order from their website. When we got the actual product, pieces are missing and it doesn't work at all. Basically this company will take its trash that should be thrown away and sells it online to unsuspecting people. It is important to note they will not work with you once you have the product and they claim everything is as is. They only tell you this after the fact of course. This scam is set up by the owner to make more money. We are disputing the charges with credit card company because Rhinomart stands by the policy you get what we send you and you'll like it.....We say to them "then you don't get our money".
Save your money and your time and shop ebay. Also be careful as this company also owns 10 other websites that do business like this.
We don't want you make the same mistake we did and oh how we wish we would have known about ripoff report first before we bought with rhinomart.

This buyer states that the item did not work. we carry the same water cooler on our website under two quality conditions. 1st quality - working units new... and Seconds or Salvage condition listed and fully disclosed as store returns aka customer returns sold as is. We listed the two with completely different prices, and this buyer opted to buy the item at pennies on the dollar compared to the working unit. Then this buyer posts negative reviews against us when he had full options of buying either guaranteed working, or returns. he opted the lessor of the two and remorse causes him to defame us.
