These guys are the slickest. Got half the church funds up front. Promised a great website. They even went as far to show other sites they were responsible for. Looked good. At first it took us a while to figure a design. One we figured a design they tried to get the other half of the funds, but we wouldn't pay until they produced a complete website. Once we submitted all the updates which took us months to establish they started demanding the other half of the agreement, but they would never fully complete the website. What they went live with was total garbage and RiaEnjolie started demanding payments which we then replied "complete the website". Long story short RiaEnjolie deactivated our account and now wants an additional 100 dollars to deactivate garbage. Unbelievable. We have demanded our 150 dollars and now they say we owe them. Can we take these crooks to court?
