Complaint VS. Riaenjolie, Inc.

On March 31, 2011 3.25pm a sales man from Riaenjolie, Inc. called me and stated that they were the best web site designer  I explain to Riaenjolie, Inc. that I had a bad experience with another web designer who only copy and pasted my words to their website and it did not look professional ,so I canceled and the company gave me back my money. Riaenjolie, Inc. stated that they are the best and that they will never copy and paste, The words like the other company did. 

I sent Riaenjolie, Inc.a sample of my wordings and a web designer name kumar kunal had copy and pasted my own words to the web site. And they put the website online stating it was live. I checked it out and I was not satisfied with what I seen the web site had the same words that I have submitted to the web designer and they copy and paste and my web site was not completed because it was unprofessional done, .I trusted Riaenjolie, Inc. because they admitted that they were the best. Because I thought that they were going to do a professional job.

I canceled both websites because of bad service and that the words that I sent to Riaenjolie, Inc. was copied and paste .i could have created my own website and using my own words that Riaenjolie, Inc. had copy and pasted.. I am not satisfied with the business performance. I called to cancel and that I would like a refund and they refused I give me my money back. I had reported this company to the better business bureau. I was first skeptical of this company and everything that I read from other people reviews was true.

Do not get with this company because they ripped me off of $500 of my hard earn money. The person from this company does not speak English and they are from India or Pakistani. I AM NOT SATISIFED with the web site that I was promised.  Whoever reading this please do you research and check out the reviews.. Do not listen to these what so call professional companies that promise you the world and then when they get your money. They will drop you cold.  Beware of Riaenjolie, or you will be the next unsatisfied customer filing a complaint
