RICART In August of 2014 me & my Wife purchased a car from them & see did not see all the hitten charges that they applied to the loan. I called them on 5/14/2015 to see what I can do to get the charge of on are loan changed but no reapply. I hoping you can help. GROVEPORT Ohio

In August of 2014 me & my Wife got a car from RICART & we when yesterday May 13, 2015 to trade it in and the other car dealership told us that RICART had put in extra charges on are loan the EASY CARE WARRANTY, RICART REWARD, & other charge which to the car from $13,000 to $21,000.00. I call RICART on May 14 2015 requesting to talk to someone in the finance department but no one has call me back. I'm hoping you can help us. Thank You Leonard OHIO
