Richard Brown AKA Chuck Brown. this person does handyman work. painting, roofing and other home projects. He has 5 Judgments against him from the courts in Santa Clarita, Ca. His wife Kim Brown helps him ripoff people by making excuses for him not showing up for jobs. He has no contractors license and is not suppose to do any work in California.
Both of these people have 5 unlawful detainers/evictions in Santa Clarita, Ca. He will give you a good deal, take your money and not finish the work.
