Was solicited by the firm with a strong sales pitch for why we would qualify for a loan rework through Wells Fargo despite the fact that Wells Fargo had told us no four times.  Sales person insisted we would qualify.  Required that we send them $3000 up front. Spent hours gathering and sending documents.  SIx months went by and the firm called to tell me that we didn't qualify but there was more we could do. Several more weeks went by and no work had been done.  Asked for full refund as promised.  They said not only are they not refunding our money, but we owe them more money.  Of course, they never mentioned that we were accruing additional fees.

Had to fire firm and spend more hours sending the bank letters telling them that Mia Richey did not have authorization to work on our loan.  They created a huge mess for us and scammed us out of $3000. Through the entire process was NEVER able to get in touch with the firm.  An answering service answered their calls and promised a return call in 24 hours.  Over six months i talked to someone from the firm live only three times. Now in order to get my money back, i have to spend more money that we don't have to hire a lawyer.  Major rip off.  I'm left feelling like a big idiot who fell for a scam.  I'm also reminded that if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.  Don't make the same mistake i did.
