rick case hyundai on 06/26/2015 i purchased a 200 chrysler .i was pre aproved with Capital One but rick case did not use them .they used chase bank with a intrest rate of 10.89 at the time i did not know what my rates would be. i new they would be high as i just last year filled bankrupt. to days ago i receivd a Capital One financing offer with the rate of 5.57. my complaint is why didn't rick case use Capital One in the frist place? over the time of the loan we are talking a lot a money in financing with chase bank. could it be rick case is receiving something back from chase bank?thank you cleveland Ohio

on 06/26/2015 i purchased a car from rick case hyundai .i was pre aproved with capilal one bank. but they did not use them they put it with case bank at a finance rate of 10.89 . i had just gone through bankruptce last year so i knew my rate would be high. just the other day i received a new offer from capital one with a rate only 5.57. my complaint is why didn't rick case use my pre aproved financing from capital one. your talking a lot of money paid in intrest over the time of the loan.

Unfortunately, the dealer got the loan through a different company and probably marked up the interest rate. It's definitely too bad that they did that, but there is nothing illegal about it. You may have been pre-approved at one place, but if you weren't paying attention they must've put the other company and other rate on the contract.
