RICK CASE HYUNDAI - RICK AUTOMOTIVE GROUP RIPOFF OF THE WALKING POOR DULUTH Georgia

This company took a 14000.00 car and ran the price up to 21000.00 by adding 30% to the cost of the car for handling the financing and 10000.00 for a wax job; all this was prior to financing the car.

Their so called internet price turned out to be the msrp and did not even include the 1000.00 wax job. Also, to get you in they have you to print out a coupon which did no good at all. The coupon was worthless after the salesman folded it in half and used the back to write down the information on my trade in.

There was no conversation of price with the saleman. He said that would all be handled in finance. Boy, was it ever. $469.00 for 66 months!!!! I don't think so.

Complaints were filed and even with the better business bureau, they would not address the issues, at all. Watch out for this dealer and their other dealerships !!!
