RICOH RICOH THETA Didn't honor warranty. Camera was sent back twice with out it being repaired or replaced. There is NO customer service live person to talk to. Tustin California

My newly purchased THETA S camera stopped working. 

I sent it in for warranty in May. It was returned to me with the exact same problem about a month later.

I sent it back immediately. It’s mid-August now and they haven’t honored the warranty yet.

Ricoh usa Sally Richards is the name she used but I don't know if it true Sally said she need a babysitting for her child she sent me a check from Ricoh USA for 2775 and she said she need me to get a wheelchair for her son and I did and she paid me $375 for doing and she took it back and left me with an overdraft of 2665.
