My wife has been Ripped Off by Ride Medical. If you live in California here's what YOU can do to go after these scumbag scammers.

File a claim for unpaid wages with the State of California Department of Labor Standards:

dir.ca.gov/dlse/dlseWagesAndHours.html

Those promised work by this company are NOT "independent contractors." That is a lie. They are employees. File a fraud complaint with the California Employment Development Department. There's a phone number to call but the on-line filing is best: askedd.edd.ca.gov/frmFraudStart.htm

Report suspected Workers Compensation Insurance fraud to:

insurance.ca.gov/0300-fraud/0100-fraud-division-overview/0500-fraud-division-programs/workers-comp-fraud/

I'm sure other states have similiar departments and agencies. EVERYONE who has been ripped off should let the various appropriate authorities know about this terrible situation.
