Though it's not necessary, credibility is gained by proper spelling and grammar. Typos are common but, his punctuation aside, four misspellings in one sentence?

Many collection agencies operate out of post office boxes or The UPS Stores. Are major corporations and banks "scamers" as they also use these locations? Collection agencies legally do exactly what this complaint states. Where is the ripoff?

So that we may determine whether this complaint is a copout, would this complainer kindly tell us if he in fact has any deliquent debts? If he does, perhaps he can tell us why the debtors found it necessary to escalate the bill to a collections status.
