Rincon Management Services Larry Feltz Threatened with police action, papers to be served, and court hearing I will lose. Corona, California

I was informed that a company was going to apply legal action if I did not respond to their phone call within 2 hours of the time the person receiving the phone call, got the call.
So curious to know what could possibly be so detrimental to my credit report, I followed up on it.  The person introduced himself as "Larry Feltz" (or Felt"s", who knows), so we discussed the issue. 
During our conversation, Larry would put me on hold and "discuss with his client if payment would be good enough."  Of course, he came back and said his client had agreed to the payment plan.

After reading the other notice, about the person who applied for the job there and witnessed first hand how they did business, I now know that I was put on hold and more than likely discussed about by the employees, as more or less, as fish-on-a-hook.   They got me and knew it. 

I now feel unable to  free myself from this company's hold.  I pay way more than I can afford, and am on the verge of losing a roof over my head.  Some people, like myself, who do not know very much of the "legal system", do not know how to go about freeing ourselves from the clutches of companies like this one.  I've never experienced anything like this, and being it has to do with my credit report, I only wanted to clear my name of any wrong doing.  This company, Rincon Management, and Larry Feltz, know how to manipulate people.  Their approach is absolutely wrong!  Their treatment of people on the phone is WRONG!  Someone SHOULD call the I.R.S. and have them follow up on the "private contractors" answering the phones.  I'm sure Larry Feltz would feel right at home sitting in a cell for tax evasion.
