A nice young man came soliciting at our door and told us that as a current Rise Broadband customer we could get double Internet speed (up to 100Mbps) with unlimited monthly data for the same price we're already paying. The catch was we had to commit to another contract. I still have the flier he left with us and no where on the flier does it say there is a monthly data cap. Fast forward a few months after we've committed to the new contract and I start receiving emails notifying me that I am nearing my "service plans [sic] monthly data usage allowance" and that "charges will be based on usage in 10GB increments" if I exceed my 500 Mb monthly limit.

I have contacted sales multiple times to discuss this contradictory advertising. I was previously on an unlimited data plan and was NOT at any time informed that I would be limiting my monthly usage.
