They charge without approval. When called and leave messages they do not reply, and then they keep charging... they are worse than a virus and this company needs to be stopped. Would suggest getting all the claimants throughout the USA to file a joint claim against this company (and their call center) and put them all out of business for the sake of more unsuspecting people.

The telephone number is for the call center and no details of Rising Star Learning is available, they obviously hide through their call center. The call center is very rude and non cooperative.
