Rising Star Learning Rising Star Learning Charges after cancellation/RMA given Boulder Colorado

Ordered the trial on this product using my bank debit card. Called to get RMA number BEFORE end of trial and the next couple days saw a charge for 80.54 on my bank statement. Simple error I thought on their part..easily fix...wrong!!

I called the company about it and had to deal with a very unfriendly person who informed me he would cancel all FUTURE orders of the cd's but that he would not refund my money. This representative told me the RMA number I had was not in his computer and that I had NOT cancelled. So now I guess I am suffering from dementia or some such mental disorder and just imagined I spoke to a rep about cancellation and return and given RMA..I must schedule a check up!!

Interesting little situation here..conveinent and profitable for them not to have my RMA# in their system is all I can say. The consumer loses in this type of company denial or so it seems..depends on personality types I think. I for one am going to fight this.

I have filed a dispute with my bank. I have since changed my debit card number to avoid any further charges from this company. I plan to be just as aggressive about the return of my money as they were with the taking of it. Not to mention exercising my right to free speech until this is resolved.

It surely would have been better for them to do the right thing in the first place and return my money promptly.
