Risk Management Partners ripoff fraudulant practices no response to inquiries or complaints no longer at Scottsdale AZ where my payments were being sent Irving Texas

I have been with this company for better than 4 years. When they first contacted me they were Jubilee Financial Services, soon after they changed to Miracle Managenent Group.


Up until approximately 2 years ago they were settling my accounts slowly but did manage to get a few settled. Two of them did go to arbitration which was not very pleasant. I was rather upset when served with a supena in both cases before these accounts were actually settled.

I have made numerous attemts to contact Hyla Stanton where she is based in Irving,Texas. All I ever get is an answering service which in turn switches me to a voice mail that is supposed to be customer service. I not received even one response to any of my calls nor to the numerous e-mails which I have sent. The last actual contact I had form anyone was May 5th 2006 when I recieved an e-mail telling me that I was violating my contract by contacting one of my creditors about an excellent offer to settle one of my accounts.
Unfortunately I missed out on this offer because RMP has all of my available funds. I tried for nearly 3 weeks to contact someone from RMP and had no success.They have $3193.02 of my money. I will not give up without a fight. I really hope that someone does initiate a class action suit. I would be more than willing to be part of this suit.
