They took the $$ but never delivered the services. They were supposed to replace the faucet, which was leaking and this was a urgent request. They called next day stating that it will take them two weeks to order a simple faucet, which is availabale in any Home Depot or Orchard Supply. After two weeks, they said that they still don't have the part.

Water has been leaking from the faucet causing huge water losses abd really not good being in California. Our water bill has really gone up. I am seriously thinking of filfing a law suit. They have been a nightmare not because of $$ but the anxirty they put us through. 

I wish they would have told us that they can't deliver before taking the $$. I hope no one hires them.
