Dear Administration / Leadership Team:

This letter is to complain about unsatisfactory service I recently received from employees at Right Away Services to replace a broken 5/8 hp garbage disposal. I called Right Away Services on April 12, 2016, to find out how to replace our garbage disposal. Today, 14 days later, I still do not have a functioning garbage disposal with 14 days of sitting water in my sink.

I am a working mother of 5 children and my time is valuable.  I have made 3 service call appointments (1 no show, 1 late with no parts, 1 cancellation) with no resolution.  Not only have I had to miss work to accommodate your inflexible schedules, they still have not helped me.  I am extremely frustrated with the amount of time and effort that I have exerted to initiate contact with your company and your representatives.  It appears to me that there is a lack of due diligence on your employees’ side to provide customer service to me and my family.

I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. Because I do not want to spend any more time on this problem, I am attaching a detailed file of every contact that I’ve had with your company which includes 16 phone calls to your 800 number, 2 voicemails from Mario the service technician, 12 hours of missed work and rearranging my children’s schedules to accommodate fixing our garbage disposal immediately, and I expect a full refund. I will be informing my landlord, the BBB and American Home Shield about this horrible experience immediately.

I hope that you use this example as a way to improve the services and lack of customer service that you provide to your prospective and future customers.
