 I discovered my name was not on my deed or mortgage. I researched my deed and mortgages on line at my local deed and registry office in Barnstable, Massachusetts, 02632. I discovered this in July or August 7, 2015, when they sent me a RSPA qualified written request, complaint, real estate settlement procedures act, 12 U.S.C. Section 2605(e) and Regulation X at 24 C. F. R. 3500 and the Gramm Leach Bliley Act. I already paid $ 600 for services since September ---- I contacted Brian Royce, the owner, to ask about the status of his investigation report. He got defensive, said Robin ? did all the money end of his services. He said he would call Robin and he'd have Robin call me back right away, so I should stay near the phone. She never called me. So I'm filing this complaint.
