I purchased a certified Pre-Owned A3 from this dealed 3/1/2009. I traded in my A6 which still had a balance of 9800.00. The dealer accepted the trade in for the A6 for 5000.00. The remaining balance would go towards the price of the A3. The Price of the A3 was 17000.00 The balance of the A6 was 4800.00 so the total cost of the car for the A3 came out to 21800.00. The lien of 9800.00 which was supposed to be paid off by RIVERSIDE AUDI still has not been paid and now it's 5/27, and i'm getting bills from Wells Fargo who was the lienholder for the A6.
The bottom line is I have been paying both car payments for 2 months now and I'm still getting the run around from the dealership with no one returning calls . I'm posting this report to people that are smart enough to check out these kind of sites before they purchase something. I figured that since it was an AUDI DEALERSHIP I would be treated fairly and professionally but that was not the case.

I went to Riverside Audi on Sat June 7th to try to pick up a check for the payoff amount. Of course just as I expected nobody that could help me was there. The owner's name is SEAN RAJAN and I googled his name and saw that this is not the first time he has commited FRAUD. Do not do business with this dealership or AUDI of America because I have tried and I seem to get the runaround from everyone. I can't believe that AUDI of AMERICA is powerless to make this CRIMINAL pay. I'm in the process of filing fraud charges upon this dealer and thank god I have record conversations and statement that were made to me by the Controller BETSY AGUIRRE and MARIA GREGORIA these two are liars and criminals as well. They have told me countless times they were going to pay but have not done so, now they don't even return my calls. I just don't understand why they would want to cause other people aggrevation for no reason. I went and purchased a car from them and traded in my old one why in the world would they not honor thier contract? Another person by the name of AL RIVERA is also unhelpful and uncompassionate to this matter as well. I warn anyone reading this to pass this info on to friends and family
