RMD Financial Services Mike Padilla Fraud Falsified Federal Tax Returns for them to receive the Refund San Dimas California

I am also a victim of RMD Financial Services and Mike Padilla.

I was recently contacted via my employer that I owed state taxes for the 2011 tax year in the total of $8,000.00 and because I never received the notices from the state, my wages were to be garnished. After placing a call to the state to discuss the tax year in question I discovered that the tax return filed by Mike Padilla under my name was filed with the incorrect mailing address; he used his business address and not my home address.  

In addition he misstated my income to secure a return for which I only received a small portion because what he filed electronically and what he listed on the copy he gave me were two different amounts. The state adjusted my income during an audit which resulted in my owing back taxes of $8k. To make matters worse, the original refund check for that tax year was issued as a paper check which was made out to me BUT, with his mailing address. He deposited that check, paid me the amount that was listed on the copy of the return he provided me and kept the remaining funds.  

I can't imagine how many other clients have been scammed and am looking for others to fight this unbelievable crime. Please, be warned and check your returns if you were a client of RMD Financial Services! 

Oh there's one other thing... I was able to contact others that RMD collected Federal Tax Returns without the individual knowing! Scam scam scam!

The IRS should investigate that office!
