I myself have been a victim of this company like all of the other complainants on this website. I hope that it is the sincere wish of Mr. Mosieur to rectify these problems with the company. He may not be the President/CEO of the company but he seems to be the scapegoat for the problems caused by the person who employs him.
I have just emailed Mr. Mosieur myself in the hopes that he will either email me back or answer me on this forum. Mr. Mosieur takes a very defensive posture on this subject, threatening and saying that his company has lawyers too. I wouldn't worry about his "lawyers" because if he doesn't have the money to pay all of us back how the heck is he going to hire lawyers?
I wouldn't expect this company to be around much longer because of their track record. Yes, 1% Mr. Mosieur, but the other companies who stay in business know how to communicate better.

I do take exception to those who claim to be a victim of CFC, implying that we intentionally are this big internet scam, when in fact were a very legitimate business.
You are correct, as I do not own CFC. I am the day to day manager, but I am still just an employee. I get people contacting me via facebook and even calling my house at night. I am not inviting that sort of thing but I do resolve those problems also. Email me, don't call my house.
As a point of clarification, by profession I am a management consultant. In this economy, there are many companies that are teetering but CFC is not one of them. We do screw up and do our best to resolve these issues quickly.
This is not meant to be combative, so please do not take offense, but making assertions like "I wouldn't worry about his "lawyers" because if he doesn't have the money to pay all of us back how the heck is he going to hire lawyers" is really not prudent. You make several assumptions here that are not correct. I would suggest that if one has a complaint, just state your complaint and don't make assumtions.
I also appologize to all for at times taking an agressive posture but often complaints made on this and other forums are not legitimate. For example people would often assert that CFC owes them for an iPhone when in fact they sent in an old Nokia. I really do not have a defense for that in a forum such as this, as I do not publish the details of anyones transactions. By my past reaction, some of which were admittedly aggressive, these types of issues have diminished.
Again, email me your transaction and the matter will be settled.
I do apologize for any and all problems and I do not consider any problem unimportant. It is the responsibility of CFC to complete all transactions as advertised and well continue to do so. We're not "going broke" or "a scam". We are a legitmate business that employs hard working people who also have families to support. Our aim is to serve the public, preserve our enterprise and the jobs it supports.
