I have tried to contact cell for cash many times through customer service, phone, and the email address Mike has provided himself. Nothing back. I did what I was supposed to sent in an iphone and sidekick worth $117 and $54 this were the exact phones I sent the request for and they were in good working condition so that is not the problem.

They were verified on 10/29 and 10/30 these are the transaction numbers 367590 and 367667. I have not been paid it has been more then 45 days and nobody will get back to me about why. Mike you tell people to email you but I have  I even sent a facebook message today. I did get someone on the phone once and you told him ( Jerry) if I emailed you then it would get taken care of but it did not. You have all the information you need here so please do not tell me to contact you. I would like to have you let me know the checks have been sent.

As I agreed to post I did finally end up getting paid thanks to this site. Well I still have a bunch of venting left to do about this company I think that I have wasted enough time on this and in the future will be taking my business elsewhere.

I would be happy to post all the emails that I have sent you since you say you have only received one of them. By the way the email address that you used was different then the one you have provided to other people on these boards.I have also emailed customer service at least 20 times and never got an answer. Yes you emailed me last Monday saying the checks would be processed that week well as of today I checked the status and it doesn't report any checks have been mailed. Three days after I got an email from you I also got my first response from customer service ( in response to an email I sent 11/26 ) saying that they looked into it but nothing new to report and there was nothing they could do at this time. So does that cancel out the email from you saying this would be taken care of? I will be very happy to post once I finally do get paid but gettting on here and saying you emailed me is great and all but it sure did not fix anything .
