Road Loans, Triad Financial Repossesion of vehicle without notification. Rep Todd at Triad was working out resolution and never returned call ripoff liars Huntington Beach California

I canged jobs and went a month and a week without pay. I called Triad / Roadloans and spoke with Todd (1-800-570-2147 ext 55187). He said he would look over my delinquincy and get back to me with a resolution and he would instruct me on where to send a payment and defer the delinquent amount to the end of my loan term hence placing me to date a back to good status.

Almost two months and several attempts to get a hold of Todd went by and I got no response from him. I got a call from a woman, rude of course, asking me my I was late. I explained that Todd was working with me and I faxed him info he requested. (reason for delinquincy, place of employment, address..... She rudely ask me "what did you think a fax was going to do for you". I replied "I was asked to do so. She asked me to hold on and never came back to the phone. I assumed, my mistake, that maybe she found Todd and he said he was helping me.

I guess I was wrong because 1-2 weeks later I woke up, 6/20/04, to find my vehicle taken from my drive way. I recieved no letter or phone call explaining to me that there was nothing that could be done and I was too delinquent. As far as I know and read on the internet, written notification needs to be given before someone shows up in the middle of the night to remove property from your residence.

In conclusion, I feel time was wasted on purpose so
