I posted an ad on craigslist for landscaping. On August 23rd Casey, or Robbie Casas. responded to my ad. We talked on the phone. I told him I want him to talk to my son. My son called him and talked to him about the work needing to be done. I needed French Drains installed.
After talking to my son, Casey called me back saying my son told him the price was fair and to go ahead with plans to do the work. He indicated that my son said give him the deposit of $250.00. He came out and went over everything he was going (big joke he didn't let me in on) to do.
I gave him a check for the deposit. He went immediately to my bank and cashed my check. He did not show up on Friday, the 25th to do the work. I called him and he gave me some big line of someone locking the gates and all his equipment was locked up and he couldn't get in, but should be here in an hour.
Two hours passed. I called him back. Same story, but someone would be there in 10 minutes to open the gates and he would be here in 30 minutes. I have talked to him several times and he said he was going to return my deposit. Needless to say, it hasn't happened yet.
I filed a police report and now I am going Tuesday morning to get a warrant for his arrest. He has ripped off a lot of people. Probably a lot that haven't reported it. I am a 67 year old widow living on limited income and he knew that. My son checked his arrest record and he has a long record. I am going Tuesday to get a warrant for his arrest.
I would like to talk to the others here he has ripped off but don't know how to contact you. He needs to be stopped! Maybe he will get pulled over one day or night for something and thew will check for warrants and take him to jail.

I am so sorry your father is Robbie Casas. We went to court over my case. He got 6 months in jail because I and a couple were there in court with charges against him. A friend of mine said she sees him occasionally at the High Rise where his mother lives. She said he fixes computers over there for people. I am not surprised that he owes you and your mom for child support. I doubt he files income taxes, considering how he makes his money but if he does, I would report him to IRS if I was your mom and see if they could attach any refunds he gets and give it to you all. I don't know why child support division won't help you and your mom out on this. They sure went after my brother and my brother.in.law both. I wish you and your mom luck in this. To demean your child as you said he did is not a very nice person. I'm sorry. God Bless both you and your mom.

he is a fraud a con artist a scammer and a habitual liar he has no license in anything or a degree in anything his dl license has been revoked many times never ever give him money he doesnt know how to fix anything he takes your money and runs how do i know you ask cause i am unfortunately one of his many children that he cares nothing about he lies about everything he has lied about his name for scams for so many years he barely remembers his real last name he owes my mother and i over 42000 in child support he constantly refers to me as a b**** and many other degrading words which he has said to me and in front of my 14 year old sister (we have different mothers) ive never really seen him except for when he wants to fight with me about my ill feelings toward him for being a horrible father and a horrible man to treat otgers as he does hes nothing but a fraud in life! if anyone takes him down im more then willing to be on your side weve contacted child support as well and they do nothing to help as well as soon as ge knows someones after him he hides
