Robele Career Solutions ripoff! How to get your money back. King Of Prussia Pennsylvania

Like many other people who have posted reports regarding Robele Career Solutions, my fiance and I bought into the "wonderful" services that Rodele promised they could provide to us. We met with them not even three weeks ago and the presentation was flawless. As a result, we were totally sucked in and handed over almost $7000 for the promised services. And then, last night, we found out via an anonymous call, that the company had gone out of business and locked the doors, much to the surprise of most of the employees. Now we have to try to recoup the money we've paid to them.

I've done some research, and found that, since we paid by credit card, we actually do have a good chance of recovering our money. As long as we haven't paid off the amount put on the credit card (fat chance of that!), we can file a dispute with the credit card company and file either a billing error (because Rodele did not provide the services we paid for) or a "claim and defense", stating that Rodele misrepresented itself to us. The credit card company will investigate, and, if all goes well, we should get our money back.

To anyone else out there who paid Rodele with a credit card, I would suggest calling your credit card company to see what sort of remedy you have. There is federal law out there that covers this situation (15 USC Sections 1666, 1666i, and 1640(e)) and your credit card companies should be able to help you through the process.
