Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
In December I ordered a video and paid with my credit card number. Although the charge showed up on my statement that same day, I have never received the video.
I have sent multiple emails but have received NO answers to the emails (which until recently were quite friendly).
Sadly, today I looked up the name using the advanced search on google and lo and behold, there are multiple sites set up for people to complain about this outfit.
Does anyone have any idea how to go about "getting" a scam artist in Canada? I'd be more than happy to join in...

I recently ordered videos from Roberts Hard to Find Videos and before they arrived I saw this web site and got worried. I called Robert on his posted toll free number 1-800-440-2960 and told him about the site. He overnighted the videos to me at his own expense so I would not worry, put in an extra free movie, and did not put the video charge through on my credit card until I called him to say they had arrived!! If the people with the complaints give him a call on the toll free number above they will get to talk to him personally and I am sure he will resolve any problem.
